This website, https://paulflanniganphotography.co.uk, is owned, managed and maintained by Paul Flannigan. I am fully committed to protecting your privacy while using this website. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (‘GDPR’), I follow strict guidelines when processing and using the data that you provide to me. By using the website, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information which is outlined in this document. Information I collect

Your information is always held securely and I maintain strict organisational, technical and administrative measures to prevent against any misuse, unauthorised access, destruction or loss of your data.

Wedding enquiries

When you make an enquiry about a wedding, I collect your name, email address, planned wedding date and venue. I use this information to get back in touch with you about my availability on your chosen date at that location. Should you decide to choose me as your wedding photographer, I will keep in touch using this email or any other contact method that you provide. Once the wedding is over, I will retain this information for a period of one year.

Shop

When you buy a print on the website, I store your name, email address and shipping address. All payments are handled through Stripe, who have a separate privacy policy available here: https://stripe.com/gb/privacy. I never collect nor store any card details. I use this information to notify you about any updates with your order, and to ship your prints to you. The data I collect is retained for a period of one year.

How I disclose data

There is rarely a need to share your data with any third-party. The only circumstance where your personal data is shared with a third-party is in the event of litigation and/or requests from government organisations, which is the case for most internet services, where such disclosure is necessary.

Cookies and other technologies

I store cookies on your computer (typically for a maximum of 30 days) for the sole purpose of keeping your order basket for future viewing. If you leave the site, your basket is stored within a cookie on your computer. If you want to disable cookies, many web browsers allow you to block for all websites or a specific website. As is true for most internet services, I gather some anonymised data through Google Analytics. This data is used to monitor usage of the site to help improve the experience for you and other visitors. This data includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type and language, Internet service provider (ISP), referring and exit websites and applications, operating system, and the date the site was accessed. The existence of Automated Decision-Making, Including Profiling

I do not use any algorithms or profiling that affects you.

Use of the website by minors

Neither the store nor weddings contact form is suitable for use by people under the age of 13. If I learn that information about a minor is collected, this information will be destroyed securely as soon as possible.
